Crispy Beef and Kidney Piadina Rolls
A simple Italian-inspired snack or appetizer made with crispy piadina, zesty beef, and tender kidney.

- β1 pound ground beef
- β1 cup, sliced kidney
- β1/2 cup zesty sauce

- βto taste black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the piadina sheets in half.

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced kidney and cook until browned.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces.
