Charred Chicken Wings Tagine
A North African-inspired dish with charred chicken wings cooked in a flavorful tagine sauce. Serve with crusty bread or couscous for a hearty meal.

- β1 cup tagine saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 zesty lemonjuiced
- β2 tablespoons russian olive oilfor brushing

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, whisk together the tagine sauce, zesty lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat with the sauce.

Brush the chicken wings with the russian olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
