Traditional Welsh Bangers and Mash
A hearty and flavorful dish from Wales, featuring sausages and mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- β4 Bangers (Welsh Sausages)Pork sausages
- β2 large Mash (Potatoes)Russet potatoes
- β1 medium And (Onions)Chopped
- β2 medium Char (Carrots)Peeled and chopped
- β2 tbsp Zesty (Apple Cider Vinegar)For added flavor

1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender.

2. While the potatoes are cooking, cook the sausages in a large skillet over medium-high heat, until browned and cooked through.

3. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the chopped onions to the skillet and cook until softened.

5. Add the chopped carrots to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6. Drain the cooked potatoes and mash with butter and milk.

7. Serve the sausages on top of the mashed potatoes, with the onion and carrot mixture on the side.
