Mexican Lamb Kebabs with Zesty Butter

In a large bowl, whisk together cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add lamb cubes and toss to coat.

Thread lamb, onion, bell pepper, and garlic onto kebab skewers, leaving space between each piece.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Meanwhile, prepare zesty butter by mixing softened butter with 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 minced garlic clove.
