Creamy Chicken Normande
A classic French dish with a twist of zesty flavors, featuring tender chicken in a creamy Normande sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 tablespoon zestyyour favorite zesty sauce
- ●1 cup andsauteed with the zesty sauce
- ●1/2 cup creamyheavy cream
- ●2 cloves frenchminced garlic
- ●1/2 cup normandesauce
- ●1/4 cup blanquettewhite wine

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken until browned on both sides, then transfer to a baking dish.

In the same skillet, sauté the zesty sauce, and, and french until softened.

Add the creamy, normande, and blanquette to the skillet, whisking constantly.
