- β500g Pork bellycut into bite-sized pieces
- β4 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)see notes
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceor to taste
- β2 tbsp Sesame oilfor stir-frying
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β200g Mushroomssliced
- β200g Zucchinisliced
- β2 cm Gingergrated
- βchopped Green onionsfor garnish

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add pork belly and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
