Indian Beef Dumplings
A flavorful and hearty beef dumpling recipe, inspired by Indian cuisine. Serve with a side of naan or rice for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β2 cups All-purpose flourfor dumpling wrappers
- β1 tablespoon Savory spice blendor to taste
- β1/4 cup Russian dillchopped
- β2 tablespoons Zealous gingergrated
- β1/4 cup Waterfor dumpling dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, savory spice blend, russian dill, and zealous ginger. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk.

Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each dough disk. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Gently add the dumplings to the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
