Irish Pasta Bake
A hearty pasta bake infused with the flavors of Ireland, featuring serrano ham and a tangy twist.

- β300g PastaShort shaped
- β2 tsp IrishServes as a seasoning
- β200ml Pasta sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β120g Shredded mozzarellaFor the topping
- β20g Chopped parsleyGarnish
- β1 tsp SaltTo taste
- β1/2 tsp Black pepperTo taste
- β1/4 tsp YzestyA pinch of zest

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the pasta sauce over medium heat. Add the sliced serrano ham and cook until heated through.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pasta sauce mixture, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle with a pinch of yzesty.
