Grilled Pide with Pear Compote

- β2 Pearany variety, firm but ripe
- β1 PideTurkish bread, gluten-free
- β1 tsp Yummyoptional, cinnamon or other spice

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Slice the pear into wedges.

Brush the pide with a little water and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly toasted.

In a pan, heat the yummy spice over low heat for 1 minute.

Add the pear wedges to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until caramelized.
