Spicy Japanese Pork Fritters
Crispy fritters filled with spicy pork, great for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β250g Pork mince
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 Jalapeno
- β50g Jasmine rice
- β1 Egg
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β100g Yummy panko breadcrumbs
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Japanese seasoning

1. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 180Β°C.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pork mince, onion, jalapeno, jasmine rice, egg, soy sauce, and Japanese seasoning. Mix well.

3. Gradually add yummy panko breadcrumbs to the pork mixture and mix until just combined.

4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.

5. When the oil is hot, carefully add the patties to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

6. Remove the fritters from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

7. Serve the Spicy Japanese Pork Fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
