Smoked Salmon Tikka Masala
A twist on the classic Indian dish, with the addition of smoky salmon. This recipe is perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup yummy yogurtplain and unflavored
- β2 tsp smoky garam masalaadjust to taste
- β2 tbsp irish butterunsalted
- β1 tsp grill oilfor brushing
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 inch gingergrated
- β1 medium tomatodiced
- β1 tsp masala powderadjust to taste
- βto taste saltadjust to taste
- βto taste black pepperadjust to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, garam masala, and salt.

Add the salmon fillet to the marinade and coat evenly.

Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Remove the salmon from the marinade and brush with grill oil.

Grill the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
