Irish Pistachio Casserole
A delightful twist on traditional casseroles, infused with the nutty flavor of pistachios and the warmth of Irish spices.

- β2 large yummy potatoes
- β2 tablespoons Irish butter
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1 cup milk
- β1 cup cheddar cheese

Boil the potatoes until they're tender. Drain and set aside.
