Grape Pilaf Casserole
A flavorful and colorful gluten-free dish featuring pilaf, tomatoes, and grapes. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the halved grapes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pilaf, tomato-grape mixture, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the pilaf mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is lightly browned and heated through.
