French Oat Biscuits
A simple, chewy oat biscuit with a hint of sweetness, perfect for a French-inspired snack.

- ●1/4 cup chewymolasses
- ●2 teaspoons canadianvanilla extract
- ●1/2 teaspoon bakebaking powder

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, brown sugar, molasses, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of water.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut into desired shapes using a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass.
