Charred Callaloo Stir Fry

- β2 tsp stirstir-fry paste
- β2 tbsp fryvegetable oil
- β1 tsp uruguayanuruguayan seasoning
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the uruguayan seasoning and stir for another minute.
