Shawarma Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make shawarma wrap filled with marinated lamb and topped with fresh vegetables and tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb
- β200g Yogurt
- β50g Sour cream
- β20g Shawarma spice mix
- β4 Shawarma wrap
- β1 Cucumber
- β1 Tomato
- β1 Red onion
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley

In a large bowl, combine lamb, yogurt, sour cream, and shawarma spice mix. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Remove lamb from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

Warm the shawarma wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by slicing the cooked lamb and placing it on the wrap with cucumber, tomato, red onion, and parsley.

Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve immediately.

To make tzatziki sauce, combine 200g yogurt, 50g sour cream, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Just before serving, stir in 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
