Sizzling Beef Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with beef and Peruvian-inspired spices. Serve hot and enjoy!
Ingredients
- β1 lb Beef (sirloin)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 medium OnionThinly sliced
- β1 large Bell pepperThinly sliced
- β1 cup MushroomsSliced
- β1 tsp Peruvian stir fry seasoning
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from wok and set aside.

Add onion and bell pepper to the wok and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Return beef to the wok and stir in Peruvian stir fry seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the flavors have melded together.

Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with cilantro if desired.
