Japanese Ochazuke

- β1 cup Japanese rice
- β4 cups Ochazuke tea
- β2 tablespoons Gooey butterOptional: may be substituted with a similar thickener
- β1 tablespoon Yellowish sesame oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Fresh green onionsFor garnish

Instructions

1. Cook Japanese rice according to package instructions.

2. In a separate pot, brew Ochazuke tea according to package instructions.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice and brewed tea.
