Turkish-Style German Apple Strudel
A twist on the classic German dessert, incorporating the flavors of Turkish cuisine.

- β2 large Apples, peeled and sliced
- β1/2 cup Yellowed Onions, finely chopped
- β1 cup Kunefe (shredded phyllo)
- β1 tablespoon Fenugreek Leaves, chopped
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
- β1/4 teaspoon Turkish Spice Mix
- β1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, chopped onions, fenugreek leaves, cinnamon, and Turkish Spice Mix.
