- β1 large Yellowed onion, thinly sliced
- β4 Lemon wedges

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the monkfish fillets with salt and pepper.

Add the monkfish to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.

In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced yellowed onion and cook until caramelized.
