Saudi Lamb Kebabs
A classic Middle Eastern dish from Saudi Arabia, featuring marinated lamb kebabs grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of flatbread or rice.
Ingredients
- β500g / 1.1lb Lamb Shoulder
- β2 tsp Arabian Spice Blend
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β60ml / 2fl oz Lemon Juice
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Yellowed Bell Pepper
- β10-12 Skewers

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (180Β°C / 350Β°F).

2. Cut the lamb shoulder into 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the Arabian spice blend, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and onion.

4. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

5. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

6. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

7. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
