Crispy Lamb Kebab
A Saudi Arabian-inspired dish featuring tender lamb, crispy on the outside, served with a side of fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β500g LambShoulder or leg cuts work well
- β1/2 cup Yellowed Crispy OnionsCrispy fried onions for garnish
- β2 tsp Arabian SpicesMix of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cardamom
- β2 tbsp Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed for marinade
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced for marinade
- β1/4 cup OilFor brushing kebabs during cooking
- β1 tsp SaltFor seasoning

1. In a large bowl, whisk together Arabian Spices, Lemon Juice, and Garlic.

2. Add the lamb to the marinade and mix until coated.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Thread lamb onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

6. Brush kebabs with oil and season with Salt.

7. Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
