Thai-style Crispy Arancini Fritters
Crispy fried risotto balls filled with a Thai-inspired mixture of egg and spices. Serve as a crunchy snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- β4-6 Arancinipreferably leftover or day-old
- β2 tbsp Yellow Curry Paste
- β1 Egg
- β1/4 cup Plants (e.g. chopped scallions, mint)
- β1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- β1 cup Bread Crumbs
- β2 cups Vegetable Oil

1. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

2. Chop the leftover arancini into small pieces and set aside.

3. In a bowl, mix together the curry paste, egg, chopped plants, and Italian seasoning.

4. Add the chopped arancini to the bowl and mix until well combined.
