Crisp Tunisian Fish Skewers
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines the freshness of fish with the spices of Tunisia, all on a crispy yellowed onion base.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets Fish (tilapia or cod)Cut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup Yellowed onionThinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Tunisian harissaAdjust to taste
- β1/4 cup Crisp chopped parsley
- β10-12 Skewers (bamboo or metal)
- β Salt and pepper
- β4 Lemon wedges
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
