Irish Skillet Hash
A hearty, comforting hash made with tender potatoes, onions, and sometimes other cooked vegetables, often served with eggs, bacon or sausage, and sometimes with toast or other bread.

- β1 Skillet
- β2 tablespoons Butter

Preheat the skillet over medium heat.

Peel and dice the potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.

Add the diced potatoes to the preheated skillet.

Cook the potatoes for 10-12 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.

Stir the potatoes occasionally to prevent burning.

Once the potatoes are cooked, use a spatula to break them up into a crumbly hash.

Continue to cook the hash for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
