Peruvian Avocado Ceviche Rolls
A unique fusion of Peruvian ceviche and Japanese sushi, featuring fresh avocado and zesty Peruvian flavors.

- β6 oz Yellowfin Tunasashimi-grade
- β1 ripe Avocadodiced
- β2 tbsp Zesty Peruvian Saucesee notes
- β1 cup Sushi Ricecooked according to package directions
- β1 thin slice Cucumberfor garnish
- β1 Lime Wedgefor serving

Prepare the sushi rice according to package directions.

Cut the yellowfin tuna into thin slices.

Mix the diced avocado with Zesty Peruvian Sauce.

Lay a sheet of nori seaweed flat on a sushi mat.

Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the seaweed.

Place a few slices of tuna in the middle of the rice.
