Algerian Grape Pancakes
A sweet and savory Algerian-inspired pancake dish, perfect for breakfast or brunch. The addition of grape syrup adds a unique twist to traditional pancakes.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Yellow Cornmeal
- β2 teaspoons Yeasty Yeast
- β1/2 cup, pitted and chopped Algerian Olives
- β1 cup, chopped Fresh Leaves

In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, yeast, and 1 cup of warm water.

Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes, or until the yeast is activated and foamy.

Add the pureed grape, chopped olives, and chopped leaves to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
