Peruvian Stir Fry
A quick and spicy Peruvian-style stir fry made with vegetables and a hint of yellow peppers.

- β1 medium Tomatodiced
- β1 tsp Cuminground
- β1/2 tsp Chili Flakesoptional, spicy

- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
