Spicy Korean-Style Noodle Stir-Fry
A spicy and savory stir-fry made with Japanese-style noodles and Korean-inspired flavors.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Japanese-style noodles
- β1 tsp Spicy Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1 medium Yellow onion
- β1 bunch Green onions
- β1 medium Sliced yellow bell pepper
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- β1 tsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
Instructions

Cook the Japanese-style noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the yellow onion and sliced yellow bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the Spicy Korean chili flakes and Korean chili paste to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the spicy sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.

Stir in the soy sauce and chopped green onions.

Serve the noodle stir-fry hot, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro.
