Warak Enab with Smoky Feta
A traditional Middle Eastern dish featuring stuffed grape leaves with smoky feta and a hint of yellow spices.
Ingredients
- β20-25 leaves Warak Enabfresh or jarred
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Smoky Fetaor substitute with vegan feta
- β1 tsp Yellow Spice Mixor to taste
- β1 tsp Middle Eastern Seasoningor to taste
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Parsleyoptional

1. Rinse the warak enab leaves and set aside.

2. In a bowl, mix together the smoky feta, yellow spice mix, and Middle Eastern seasoning.

3. Lay a warak enab leaf on a flat surface, with the stem end facing you.

4. Place a small amount of the feta mixture in the center of the leaf.

5. Fold the stem end over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the leaf into a neat package.

6. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.

7. Serve the warak enab at room temperature, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
