Korean-Style Smoked Cod Skewers

Ingredients

- β1 tsp yellow Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β1 tsp rice vinegar
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β10 skewers
- β1 tbsp vegetable oil

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cut cod fillets into 1-inch pieces.

In a small bowl, mix together gochugaru, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
