Tacos al Pastor with Wagyu Beef
A twist on the classic Mexican dish, featuring Wagyu beef and a tangy pineapple salsa.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Wagyu beefthinly sliced
- β1 cup Pineapplediced
- β1/2 cup Oniondiced
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tablespoons Al pastor seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β1 large Yellow onionsthinly sliced
- β8-10 corn tortillas Tacosfor serving
- β1/4 cup Resinous cilantrochopped
- βto taste Salt

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together lime juice and al pastor seasoning.

Add sliced Wagyu beef to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill Wagyu beef for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, grill sliced yellow onions for 2-3 minutes per side, or until caramelized.

Warm tacos on the grill by wrapping them in foil and heating for 2-3 minutes.

Assemble tacos by placing a piece of Wagyu beef onto a warmed tortilla, followed by a spoonful of grilled onions, pineapple, and cilantro.
