Mediterranean Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
- β1 can (15 oz) Chickpeas
- β2 medium Yellow tomatoes
- β1/2 cup Red onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Mediterranean olivespitted and sliced
- β1 medium Red bell pepperdiced
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

2. Cut the yellow tomatoes, red onion, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

3. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper.
