Yellow Noodle Stir Fry with Mitsuba
A quick and flavorful stir-fry made with yellow noodles, mitsuba, and a hint of Malaysian spices. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Yellow noodlespreferably fresh
- β1 bunch Mitsubaor other Japanese parsley
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce (Malaysian)or regular soy sauce
- β1 tsp Honey

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

2. Drain the noodles and set aside.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

4. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add the mitsuba and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until wilted.

6. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until combined with the vegetables.

7. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey until smooth.

8. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles and stir-fry until everything is well coated.

9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

10. Serve immediately and garnish with additional mitsuba if desired.
