Spicy Sujebi Tofu Curry
A spicy Indian-inspired curry made with Korean sujebi noodles, pan-fried tofu, and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Yellow Lacquered Tofupressed and drained
- β8 oz Sujebi NoodlesKorean rice noodles
- β1 medium Onionfinely chopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1-2 Red Chili Pepperdepending on desired spiciness
- β1 tsp Garam Masalaground
- β1 tsp Cumin Powderground
- β1 tsp Coriander Powderground
- βto taste Salt

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onion is translucent.

Add red chili pepper and cook for 1 minute.

Add garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for 1 minute.

Add sujebi noodles and cook until they start to brown.

Cut the yellow lacquered tofu into small cubes and add to the pan.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro if desired.
