Spicy Algerian Chicken and Vegetable Tagine

- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrots
- β1 medium Yellow bell pepper
- β1 cup Petit pois
- β2 tablespoons Algerian harissa
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
