- β2 cups chicken brothlow sodium
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β4 slices middle eastern flatbreadoptional
- β bean bowl toppings (optional)such as diced tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives

Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
