Uruguayan Fluffy Pudding Dessert
A unique Uruguayan-inspired dessert made with fluffy, yellow pudding, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- βa few drops Yellow Food Coloring
- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- β2 Large Eggs
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- β1 envelope (0.25 oz) Gelatin

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Fluffy Pudding Mix, yellow food coloring, granulated sugar, and unsalted butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the large eggs and vanilla extract.

Add the egg mixture to the pudding mixture and mix until well combined.

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it soften for 5 minutes.
