Thai Beef Relleno Bites
A fusion Thai dish using beef relleno, with spicy rocoto sauce and crunchy yellow pepper.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, diced Beef Relleno
- β2, diced Rocoto Pepper
- β1, diced Yellow Pepper
- β1/4 cup Peruvian Yellow Pepper Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βfor frying Vegetable Oil
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh Cilantro

1. Heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the diced beef relleno and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the diced rocoto pepper and yellow pepper, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. In a small bowl, mix the Peruvian yellow pepper sauce with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

5. Add the sauce to the beef mixture and stir to combine.

6. Using a small cookie scoop, form the beef mixture into small balls and flatten slightly.

7. Fry the beef relleno bites in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

8. Remove the bites from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
