Korean-Style Chicken Tacos
A fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors, these tacos are filled with spicy chicken, crunchy slaw, and cilantro.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Chicken breast
- β2 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
- β4-6 Tortillas
- β1 cup Sliced radishesfor serving
- β1 cup Kimchifor serving
- β1 cup shredded Slaw ingredients (red cabbage, carrots, cilantro)for serving
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor serving

In a large bowl, whisk together chili flakes, soy sauce, lime juice, and 2 tbsp water.

Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by placing a piece of chicken onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of kimchi, slaw, and radishes.
