Jamaican Tofu Skewers

Ingredients
- β1 block firm tofupressed and drained
- β1 medium yellow bell pepperseeded and sliced
- β1 medium charred red onionsliced
- β2 tbsp jamaican jerk seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β10-12 wooden skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing
- β2 tbsp lime juicefreshly squeezed

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together jerk seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice.

3. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and add to the bowl, tossing to coat.

4. Alternate adding tofu, bell pepper, and onion to the skewers.
