Norwegian Lamb Skewers
A flavorful and healthy dish featuring lamb skewers marinated in a mixture of herbs and spices, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- ●500g lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- ●2 yellowmedium-sized onions
- ●1/4 cup brown sugarto balance the acidity
- ●2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing skewers
- ●1 pack Skewersfor assembly
- ●2 tbsp lemon juiceto marinate the lamb
- ●2 tsp norwegian seasoningto add depth
- ●1 tsp garlic powderto add flavor

Preheat grill to high heat (400°F).

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, brown sugar, norwegian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Thread lamb, yellow onions, and skewers onto the wooden skewers.

Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
