Thai-Style Chicken Wrap
A quick and easy Thai-inspired wrap filled with grilled chicken, crunchy vegetables, and flavorful spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Australian Chicken BreastBoneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons Yellow Thai Curry Paste
- β1 cup CouscousCooked according to package instructions
- β1 Large Flour WrapSoft and pliable
- β1 cup Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumber)Sliced and chopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β2-3 Thai Basil LeavesChopped
- β Salt and Pepper

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yellow Thai curry paste, soy sauce, and honey. Add the sliced chicken breast and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).

3. Meanwhile, cook the couscous according to package instructions.

4. Warm the large flour wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

5. Assemble the wrap by adding the cooked chicken, cooked couscous, mixed vegetables, chopped cilantro, and chopped Thai basil leaves.
