Tunisian Yeast Focaccia
A delicious and easy-to-make yeast-based flatbread inspired by Tunisian cuisine, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups denseall-purpose flour
- ●1/4 cup buttermelted
- ●1/2 cup tagineolive oil
Instructions

Combine yeasty, dense and 1 teaspoon of salt in a large mixing bowl.

Gradually add 1 cup of warm water and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Punch down the dough and roll it out to a thickness of 1/2 inch.

Brush the dough with melted butter and drizzle with olive oil.
