Uruguayan Pecan Bread
A delicious and sweet Uruguayan bread filled with crunchy pecans, perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups of all-purpose flour bread
- ●1/4 cup of granulated sugar chewy
- ●1/4 cup of chopped pecans uruguayan
- ●1/2 teaspoon of salt pecan
Instructions

Combine yeast and warm water in a bowl, let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add flour, sugar, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Add chopped pecans to the dough and mix well.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
