French-Style Yeast Fritters with Peas and Curry

- β2 tablespoons curry
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 cup, melted butter
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1 cup water

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
