Indian-Style Chicken Vindaloo
A spicy Indian-inspired chicken dish made with marinated chicken cooked in a rich tomato-based sauce. Serve with rice or naan bread for a flavorful meal.

- β1 cup Zesty Tomato SauceHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Xtra Virgin Olive Oil
- β1 medium Indian-Style OnionThinly sliced
- β1-inch piece Fresh GingerGrated
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
