Tangy Redcurrant Chicken Curry

- β200g redcurrantsfresh or frozen
- β2 tbsp xtra virgin olive oil
- β2 tsp tangy curry powder
- β1 large onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp curry leavesdried

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
