Malaysian Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir-fry made with sweet Malaysian noodles, mixed vegetables, and a hint of sesame oil.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Malaysian noodles
- β2 tbsp Xtra sweet soy sauce
- β1 cup Snow peas
- β1 cup Peas
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the snow peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.

Add the peas and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until tender.

Add the Malaysian noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of water.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles and vegetables, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
