French Country Sausage Casserole
A hearty French-inspired casserole featuring spicy sausage and crispy casserole topping.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Spicy Sausage
- β1/2 pound Polish Sausage
- β1 cup Casserolebroken into pieces
- β1 medium xtra Onion
- β3 cloves xtra Garlic
- β2 tablespoons xtra Tomato Paste
- β2 tablespoons xtra Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon xtra Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon xtra Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add tomato paste to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in casserole pieces and cook for 1 minute.

Transfer the skillet mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
